popsicle love.

it all started with this article i saw in Body & Soul magazine. from there, the lightbulb went off...why not make my own healthy popsicle??

so i borrowed some popsicle molds from my sister and got started...



first, i chopped some some fruit. i chose fresh strawberries, bananas and frozen blackberries








next, i put it all in the blender with some almond milk (unsweetened) and honey



it is important to PULSE the mixture, don't blend it, so it will be a little chunky



next, i chopped up some extra strawberries and blackberries. my favorite part of fruit bars i've had are the fruit chunks inside...



add the fruit chunks to mixture and stir them in





finally, pour the mixture in the molds and allow to set in the freezer overnight...
